Since its establishment, the sales volume has exceeded 500,000 tons, and it is committed to becoming the world's leading new material enterprise.

Product details

Polyurethane

Polyurethane (PU) is a polymer compound with a wide range of applications and excellent properties. It is made by polymerization of isocyanates (such as diphenylmethane diisocyanate, MDI, or toluene diisocyanate, TDI) and polyols (such as polyether polyols or polyester polyols). Polyurethane materials can be made into various forms, such as foams, elastomers, coatings, adhesives and elastomers.

Carbon fiber

Carbon fiber composites are composite materials composed of carbon fibers and a matrix material (usually a resin, such as epoxy resin). Carbon fibers are widely used in aerospace, automotive, sports equipment and other fields due to their light weight, high strength and high stiffness. Carbon fibers usually exist in the form of fiber bundles. These fibers are very thin, only a few microns in diameter, and are woven, stitched or arranged to form a fabric. The matrix material is used to bind these fibers together and provide shape stability.

Lithium carbonate

Lithium carbonate (Li₂CO₃) is an inorganic compound widely used in battery manufacturing, ceramic production and pharmaceutical fields. It is one of the main compounds of lithium and usually exists in the form of white crystals or powder.

Polyetheretherketone

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a high-performance semi-crystalline polymer that is widely used in various industrial fields for its excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance and thermal stability. PEEK is synthesized by polymerization of benzophenone and ether monomers and has excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

Epoxy resin

Epoxy resin is an important type of thermosetting plastic, which is widely used in various industrial fields for its excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance and adhesion. Epoxy resin is formed by the reaction of epoxy compounds (such as ethylene oxide or propylene oxide) and curing agents (such as amines and anhydrides). The curing process causes the resin to transform from a liquid to a solid.
